4/27/09 Uinta Over-nighter

It was 3:30 in the afternoon and there was a blizzard raging outside. No spring here in Utah apparently! Neil says, " hey, you still want to go camping? Sure why not. We packed our gear and were out the door by 4:30. A few hours and 45 miles later we were immersed in a deserted mountain range that was covered in a fresh blanket of blower pow

The next morning we woke up in a winter wonderland. It was great being so close to our objectives. A 10 minute hike had us at 11,300 feet.

    hmm..it looks like very nice trip :).Here in my country Slovakia, there is no snow :( but I think this winter was the greatest... So many pow days :P. So enjoy your mountains covered by powder and still make super report with fotos and videos like this :)
